New Square (Hebrew and Yiddish: שיכון סקווירא) is an all-Hasidic village in the town of Ramapo, Rockland County, New York, United States. It is located north of Hillcrest, east of Viola, south of New Hempstead, and west of New City. As of the 2010 census, it had a population of 6,944.[3] In 2018, the population was estimated to be over 8,500.
Supervisor Michael Specht joined Lt. Governor Kathy Hochul, Senator Elijah Reichlin-Melnick, Assemblyman Ken Zebrowski, and CEO of Bon Secours Charity Health System Dr. Mary Leahy at the Rockland Community College mass-vaccination site.

Each session consists of five 1-hour classes. Explore the exciting world of animation and take your imagination to a whole new level. Students are encouraged to think creatively, and work collaboratively while learning computer coding skills. Using SCRATCH software allows students to program their own interactive stories, games, and movie animations, while at the same time teaches them important strategies for solving problems, designing projects, and communicating ideas.
Grade 5 through Adult

Session 2: 5/4, 5/11, 5/18, 5/25, 6/1 & 6/8
Each session consists of six 1.5-hour classes. Students learn what it is like to pilot an airplane by exploring the science of aerodynamics and the physics of flight. Using the flight instruments, students perform realistic takeoffs and landings, and fly true-to-life “missions” in a variety of different aircraft.
Ramapo Supervisor Specht, Ramapo Dep. Supervisor Charles, Chief Weidel and Captains Hyman and Reilly were on hand for the swearing in of two new police officers. Police Officer Callinan comes to us from the Campus Police Department of SUNY New Paltz. Police Officer Schoenleber comes to us from the NYPD. We wish them a safe and rewarding career!

This 10-acre facility has 8 Har-Tru Courts and 2 Hard Courts. It is a membership facility as well as being open to guests on a daily basis.
The season runs from May 8 — September 29 (weather permitting). Rustic Tennis Facility offers Group Lessons, Clinics, Tournaments and Family Events.
