Valley Cottage
Valley Cottage is a hamlet and census-designated place in the town of Clarkstown, Rockland County, New York, United States. It is located northeast of West Nyack, northwest of Central Nyack east of Bardonia, south of Congers, northwest of Nyack,[1] and west of Upper Nyack. The population was 9,107 at the 2010 census.

A HIICAP (Health Insurance Information, Counseling, and Assistance Program) Counselor will present detailed information on the Extra Help, Medicare Savings Program, and Medicaid programs. Staff will be available to help with any assistance program applications.

A HIICAP Counselor will present on Medicare. This presentation is helpful for those who are new to or soon to be eligible for Medicare, and for those who are still confused about Medicare. Discussion will include a review of Medicare options and the various financial assistance programs available for Medicare recipients.

Registration is now being accepted online for most of our programs using a debit/credit card with Visa or MasterCard logo. There is no extra charge to sign up online.
