Congers based duo “The AL’s” (Alice Leon and Al Greene).
Alice Leon is a prolific singer songwriter and interpreter of classic songs. With a voice and style that’s been compared to Carole King and Adele. Al Greene is a multi instrumentalist who plays bass guitar and drum kit with his feet. He’s also a veteran of the Broadway stage. Together they perform fun acoustic music for every generation.

The Mixed Doubles Pickleball Tournament took place on Saturday at the new pickleball courts at Congers Lake Memorial Park!
It was tough competition as many teams participated.
First Place went to Carrie Tobias and Matthew Schwartz.
Second Place went to Lisa Blinn and Anthony Armenio. Congratulations to the winners!

Clarkstown Town Supervisor George Hoehmann and the Town Board officially opened the new pickleball courts at Congers Lake Memorial Park with a ceremonial ribbon cutting.
The Town completed construction of 9 new pickleball courts and a concession stand with bathrooms.
Assemblyman Ken Zebrowski, who secured a $500,000 State grant for the Town’s project, also joined the celebration as well as Recreation Superintendent Eric Hammermeister, Chris Wagner, Director of DEFM, Parks and Recreation Advisory Board members, other town officials, Bridges, and many members of the Rockland Pickleball Club.
The courts are now officially open to all Clarkstown residents!
