The Town of Clarkstown four amazing community centers: Street Community Center – 31 Zukor Road, New City, NY 10956 Congers Community Center – 8 Gilchrest Road, Congers, NY 10920 Pascack Community Center – 87 New Clarkstown Road, Nanuet, NY 10954 Central Nyack Community Center – 58 Waldron Avenue, Central Nyack, NY 10960 In order to have access to the four community centers, you need to be a Clarkstown resident and have a valid I.D. card. The card is free. In order to get an I.D. card, you need to set up a CommunityPass account and and come to the Recreation Administration Building located at 31 Zukor Road in New City to show proof of residency and to have your photo taken. Congers
Congers is a suburban hamlet and census-designated place in the town of Clarkstown, Rockland County, New York, United States. It is located north of Valley Cottage, east of New City, across Lake DeForest, south of Haverstraw, and west of the Hudson River. It lies 19 miles (31 km) north of New York City's Bronx boundary. As of the 2010 census, the CDP population was 8,363.

Clarkstown’s Memorial Day Essay Scholarship
DEADLINE APRIL 22ND
The Town of Clarkstown is proud to announce the annual Memorial Day Essay Scholarship Contest presented by Anchor Trading.
High School seniors are asked to write an essay describing “What Does Memorial Day Mean to You?” The award is a $5,000 scholarship and the winner will be announced at the annual Carry The Load Congers Rally to be held on May 2, 2022.
